Is there a way to have a shared folder with a view-only file inside of it?

I'm trying to have all of the files in one spot and was having trouble with the shared files being able to get edited without being in a folder. Is there a way to put a view-only file in a shared fol...

Thank you! Do you know if it will ever be possible in the future? It would be incredibly helpful for us. Is there a way to save a document to the dropbox app so you can see real time changes to a view-only file?
