Issue syncing from Galaxy phone

I've got a very troubling discovery.  I got DropBox to save photos and downloads of pictures from FaceBook, Instagram, email and texts.   Earlier today, I saved 3 pictures my daughter-in-law sent...

Hi from me as well, klamerus!

 

Can you please open your Dropbox app settings and go to your camera uploads? After that, please select the “Upload from” option and enable the albums from which you’d like to automatically upload files. Then, click on “Save selection”. 

 

Do you see any difference now perhaps?

Unfortunately, I'll need to find another situation where I'll download documents from one of the other sources, but I'm guessing this will solve the problem.  I found lots of sources for uploads not active and didn't even know this setting existed.  I appreciate your help.
