It takes a long time for the scanning process to start on the mobile app
When I open Dropbox Mobile and press the + button to scan a document, it takes sooo long for the camera button to pop up. How to fix this? (Other apps like Notes reveal the camera app much more quick...

Using the latest db version, 368.2.2, iOS 17.4
inwill add that the OCR FUNCTON ISNTNworking. Hasntnfor a long time but I am a DB+ plan member. Please fix this too

Hi AFF, just wondering if using a different network/cellular data makes any difference.
You mentioned that you already cleared the app's cache. Have you also tried uninstalling, and then re-installing the app?

- AFF2 years agoHelpful | Level 5I have been working with customer support and no one can solve this problem. I am curious if anyone else on the Dropbox plus subscription plan is having issues with OCR scanning from their mobile app?
