Question or Issue

Hello,

Same issue as many others - "we've interrupted your sharing activity". I've read through the articles and nothing applies. None of my files have changed, it just started happening one day. It happens with any file.

I tried the incognito window bypass suggested in other threads, and while it doesn't solve it, it gives me more info - now it says "phishing" as the reason. The file in question is a zip file containing lesson notes for a student.

Please get in touch ASAP with a solution, as this has been going on for over a month now and I rely on this to share work notes and invoices.

Welcome to our Community, Pingu8, and thanks for your post.

It’s possible to receive this error indeed in cases where the system suspects that one or more of your files could be containing malicious content, as mentioned here

Since you mention that this isn't the case though, I’ve gone ahead and logged you a ticket, so that we can check this further. Please reply to it, when you get the chance.

    See you there!
