Mac desktop app doesn’t allow me to create a new folder

I have a desktop app on my Macbook Pro, it has been working fine but all of a sudden, I’m not able create new folder.

But I can create new folder on Dropbox site.

I checked my permission, they’re all fine. I also restarted my laptop twice, it’s still not working.


The "create new folder" option is dimmed (unavailable):

 

But it’s become available if I go inside one of the folders in my Dropbox:
