Mac unable to upload file on web
I am using mac os Monterey version 12.0.1. I meet difficulty uploading files.
I click the upload button and select the upload file and click confirm. But, the upload queue doesn't show up. I try to drag the file to the web page, the upload button disappear.

Hi AnnaBelleDing, thanks for posting on the Community!
Could you try switching browsers to see if this helps?
Otherwise, you can try using incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, clearing your cache and even resetting your browser entirely.

I tried both Safari and Chrome. Both of them had the same situation, can't upload documents.
The problem solved itself the next day.

Hi, we're also having this same issue. In trying to upload content from our desktop app on MacBook Air to Facebook or Creator Studio, the upload doesn't recognize that any file was selected.

Thanks for the nudge here, TotallyTocoTours.
Can you please describe the steps you follow to upload your Dropbox files to these third party apps/sites?
Also, the files you're trying to upload, are they online-only or locally available in your Dropbox folder?

I use the Dropbox for desktop program and I leave the files as "available online only" to avoid taking up hard drive space. What i'd do when going to upload is select the upload media box whether on Facebook or Creator Studio, browse to the Dropbox folder, select the photo I'd like to use, and then select open. What I discovered today though, is that if I open the image in Finder, and let it load for me to view it, THEN go back to Dropbox, browse to the image and then select it to upload it, the image now uploads. But of course, that's a bit tedious 😅 , and I'm guessing if I happen to clear my device cache, then I'd have to open that image in finder again if I decided I'd want to use it in the future again.
