Make available offline not working on Mac OS 14.7.4
I am experiencing the same issue as many users.
No matter how many times I ask my files to stored offline, some of them never sync, so I need to manually download them from my Dropbox online account and place them in my local folder again. This makes my workflow slow, and is absolutely against why I have Dropbox in the first place.
Dropbox version: 223.4.4909
MacBook pro (M3), Sonoma version 14.7.4

Hi there tpacheco - thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Can you clarify how long has it been since you first noticed this?
Also, can you send us a screenshot of the app's exact status as shown in your menu bar and clarify the location of your Dropbox folder per the app's preferences?
Thanks!

It's been a while since I am having this issue. I saw other posts here and as no one seems to find a solution I guess I just gave up. But now this is making my life impossible.
See that my default mode is "online-only", but now when I want to access files in one folder temporarily changing it "make available offline", it does not work.
Here one example:
I had to manually download and move files to this folder for them to be available. I then added a new file, and it did not sync (see zero bytes on disk)

I see, thanks for the additional information and the screenshot too tpacheco - most appreciated.
Have you tried reinstalling the app since you first noticed this by any chance? Does marking it online-only and back to available offline make any difference?
