MP4 file fails to upload

Windows 7; 600 GB free HD space; 4 GB RAM; Dropbox Plus (paid one year), currently using <30 GB.   I have tried repeatedly to upload an MP4 Audio file (a video recorded on my camera). It tells me...

It worked!  With Firefox, the file uploaded successfully, but it took about twice as long as the original estimate.  Said 41 minutes, but it actually took about 80 minutes.  My upload speed is very slow, plus a backup program was running simultaneously.
