My access to shared links is paused - what can I do?
I exceeded my traffic limit and was blocked. I click on the “here” button to unblock my account. I pass the security check, click on the “continue” button, and get a message saying “unable to unblock...

7 months agoYou need to contact support at http://www.dropbox.com/support to ask for help as it seems your account has been banned for something other than bandwidth.
