My Adobe PDF's are not Syncing with my Team Drop Box
When I upload/save my Adobe PDF's to Drop Box, the other person who accesses the team folder can't see them. Seems that when I checked the Sync, I could not see any of my saved/uploaded PDF's there. I can see them when I access my Drop Box via my File Manager - but he can't. Even when he goes to Drop Box online, he can't see my PDF's. Can anyone help me with this? Thank you!

Hey RoxanneRB, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Can you please let me know how exactly you're uploading the files to Dropbox and where did you check the sync?
If you're referring to the desktop app, can you confirm that it's up to date in your menu bar/system tray and not still syncing?
Also, can you see the files on our website when you navigate the mentioned folder?
Let me know what you find and we'll take it from there, Roxanne.

I am saving the files via my file manager - Drop Box is linked to my file manager. I don't click on the desk top app to save files in Drop Box.
On my computer, on the bottom bar next to the time is a DropBox Icon. Currently it has a little blue symbol on the bottom right of the icon. When I open it up I can see what is synced to Drop Box when I save it. I do not see my PDF's being Synced. I can see them in Drop Box, but this is a shared, Team Drop Box and it is not able to be seen by my boss, even when he accesses the Drop Box folders online.

Hi RoxanneRB, if there is a blue syncing symbol, then it means it is still in the process of syncing, and hasn't completed yet.
Could you try quitting the Dropbox desktop application completely and then restarting it?

Do you want me to uninstall Drop Box from my computer, than go online and download it back on to my computer?

No, I'd like you to quit the app from the system tray/menu bar, and then reboot it, to see if this helps.

Okay, I quit it from the task bar. How do I reboot it?

Since it sounds like you're on Windows, click the Start button and then look for Dropbox in the left, and run the app.

Ok, I did that. I will see if this works now.
Thank You!

After I quit the Drop Box on my task bar and then re-started it from my start menu, I uploaded a PDF to Drop Box. Only I can see it. It has a little blue icon on the right hand corner. So does my Drop Box on the task bar. Only Excel and Word sync, and upload. Not PDF's.

Hey RoxanneRB, sorry to jump in, but I just wanted to mention that you'll need to let the desktop app sync your changes until it's 'up to date' in your system tray and not syncing, before others will be able to see them.
Once it's synced the syncing icon will change from the blue syncing icon to the green one.
