My sharing activity has been interrupted for over a week now.

Hi,

I've seen lots of posts on this subject, but it seems that the only way for a basic member to resolve is to hope that an admin sees your forum post.

There is no reason given why my sharing has been interrupted, so hopefully someone in the know will spot this post and come back to me.

    Hi, I didn't hear anything back after this point...... can we open a ticket please? I'm struggling with Dropbox 'alternatives'

    Thanks Mark.  No, the account is hardly used at all, and its been suspended for over a week now.  I suspect the problem lies elsewhere.

    If youve used more than 20gb in a rolling 24 hour window then you will be banned temporarily. It will auto restore after the ban.
