No confirmation email?

I did not receive a confirmation email when I submitted something to dropbox, but got the message that it had been uploaded on the screen. I had not yet set up my account when I submitted this document, is that why I did not get an email? Or should I have still haven’t gotten an email? Please let me know!

    How did you upload the file to Dropbox? 

     

    Was it to your own account, via the mobile app, or were you using a file request link?

      Hi! I was using a file request link that was emailed to me. I uploaded the files with my name and email in the required fields on the bottom but was not signed into any dropbox account.

        In that case, you should've received an email confirming the upload was successful. Could you try checking your spam folder in case it went there?

         

        Are you using a public email provider, or a private business domain for your email?
