It sounds like you're referring to our desktop app, however if this isn't the case, then feel free to let me know more.
Provided you're using our app, can you let me know the syncing status and version of your app? Have you tried re-starting your device at all?
Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!

Thank you, Megan. Yes, I am using Dropbox on my desktop. Status says up to date, version v182.4.6427. I tried a different file and it offered a link, so perhaps it was just a particular file. I am good right now. Thanks.
