No Dropbox options appearing when I click on Dropbox file, just regular doc options.

Thank you, Megan. Yes, I am using Dropbox on my desktop. Status says up to date, version v182.4.6427.  I tried a different file and it offered a link, so perhaps it was just a particular file. I am good right now. Thanks.
