Hi Javanne01, thanks for messaging the Community!

The library that the Dropbox mobile app is referring to should be the camera roll. If you take a new photo, does the app upload it to the site?

Could you attach a screenshot showing the settings you have for the camera upload feature?

Let me know how it goes!

I have no camera roll library in Photos. No idea where it went. Could the last update have gone wrong? Can Camera be reinstalled?

I added an album named "camera roll" there but Dropbox does not see it. Should I add such a folder to Dropbox?

The Camera Uploads setting in Dropbox is simply "On". How does one take a screenshot on an iPad?

    Thank you for your help

Hey Javanne01, thanks for getting back to us.

Out of curiosity, could you confirm the version of the iPad's OS and the Dropbox mobile app you have running?

    Keep us posted!

    iPad version 14.0

Dropbox...can't find that information...Wait! Behold! In settings! Dropbox-->Photos--->change Selected Photos to All Photos

...and suddenly everything starts working. Well, at least Dropbox can find the pictures, select and upload successfully. Still no automatic uploads, but hey. I'm satisfied.

Blessed if I know why it stopped working in the first place, or where Camera Roll went, but we've managed a workaround . Thanks!

I'm having the same problem on my phone but the work-around isn't helping. I have "all photos" selected in Dropbox preferences. It still tells me I have no photos in my library to upload. All the photos on my phone are in my iphone library. HELP. I really don't want to have to email myself all my photos, batch by batch, download and re-upload to Dropbox. Pain in the neck.

Hey jillmann, I hope you’re doing well.

Can you send over a screenshot of the error you keep receiving? When did you start facing this issue?

Also, have you tried clearing the Dropbox app’s cache, and reinstalling it on your device? It may help in some cases.
