Not able to see new scans in a shared folder.
First time posting here. My assistant scans documents into a special folder. I then do what I need with the files in that folder. After a log-in issue I was having, I can no longer see any new scans ...

Hi Walter,
It's a shared folder. My assistant is able to see it on her end. She sent me a screenshot and it appears that those scans didn't sync.

You mentioned that you had some login issues. Is it possible that you're checking the wrong Dropbox account?
Also, one important thing: which platform do you check in order to locate the files? If you visit your account online, are you able to see the changes and does your assistant use the website to upload the scans too?
