Not getting comments notifications on shared dropbox files
I have all my notification settings turned on but im not getting any notifications.
STEPS:
1. I create and save a file in dropbox
2. Create, copy and share link with people (both within my organization and out)
3. They leave a comment on the file
4. I should receive a notification since im the owner of the file but i dont
Can anyone help resolve this issue?

Hey branditfa, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Can you navigate to a (sample) shared file and confirm you've subscribed to its comments from the right hand pane?
Also, have you checked your email's spam/junk folder in case those emails end up there somehow?
Keep me posted on your findings and we'll take it from there.

I was not aware that we had to subscribe to the file, is there a way to automate it so that if I (the user that created the shared link) share a file I get automatically subscribed to said file?
Or a way to get notified to a all files shared from a specific group?
Also, just by doing some initial tests, i have received a notification on my dropbox app but not via email
Checked spam folder and nothing there either
