Not seeing a few folders in Dropbox in Windows Explorer on a new laptop
I moved to Windows11 on a new laptop and cannot see 3 of 20 folders in Dropbox from Explorer. I can see them on my old laptop File Explorer and can also see them in Dropbox on my browser on my new laptop.
Hey StuartL - thanks for using Dropbox and posting on our Community!
As a first step, could you confirm that the Dropbox desktop app is 'up to date' and not still syncing in your taskbar?
If it's up to date, you can check your selective sync settings through the app's preferences to see if those folders are not synced to your computer.
I hope this helps and please keep me posted!
