One of my folders is stuck syncing on Windows 10.
Hi friends, I am from the Netherlands, using Windows 10 by extended version, and my sync logo of 1 map is stuck for 8 days now Please help me to make this a nice and soooooooooo comforting green v ...

I can't send a screenshot but I have 4 maps, this map is called "documents" and I hope that its just a frozen symbol and everything is oke
For about 8 days is says "sync is planned"

What happens if you try to attach your screenshot here on our forum? Are you getting any kind of error?
I’d also like a screenshot of your Dropbox app’s current syncing status.
Finally, if you add a small file to your "documents” folder, does it sync to www.dropbox.com?

Hi Nancy, thank you for jumping in !
Now I see that I can upload my screenshot, so I didAll document-files after that afternoon did upload perfectly.
Will make another screenshot from my current syncing status...
