    Contacted Dropbox -

'I have made an extensive research on your case and based on the screenshots provided, as well as my resources, it appears that the issue is not related to Dropbox. The problem you’re experiencing appears to be caused by another app or service you’re using. We’re unable to provide support for third-party apps or services'.

Great service from Dropbox - passed it on to the forum! Tried accessing from numerous computers and the same happens -

They are moving to refined access management to enable collaboration on files, just like Google. If you share the link with someone, that person should be able to download it. I think you can ignore the message, it just means that you don't have DB professional and there are no refined access settings for editing, commenting etc.
