Hi amcoffice Lvbart michgunn Datahound angewitch,
This has been fixed now. You can manually update in the App Store to have access to the fix.
Let me know if you need anything else.

I noticed the same problem yesterday and it occurs specifically when uploading via Share.

Do any of the troubleshooting steps provided in my previous reply help at all?
Have you tried anything on your end to troubleshoot this so far?
And can you also let me know which Dropbox app version and iOS version you're using?

I have done all of the troubleshooting suggested and then some. All of the fields operate on share upload to Dropbox except for rename. This is a feature I use on a daily basis. Furst trouble I noticed was about 12:30pmCST. All help welcome.
Edit: Dropbox version 434.2.2 + iOS version 18.05

Hi amcoffice, thanks for the info. In order to look into this matter in more detail, I'd recommend contacting the support team directly for them to investigate further.
In the meantime, if there's anything else we can assist with, feel free to reply back here!

Dropbox Version 434.2, iOS 18.5
I have not had the opportunity to try those steps; I have too much in progress to re-start and I can workaround by renaming the file after upload.
This problem is concurrent with when my Dropbox version was updated to 434.2.
