Photos not syncing from my mobile to Dropbox
Not sure if I picked the right board. Here is my issue. Photos taken on my iPhone are synced to my PC. The photos show up in my camera uploads in Dropbox. But when I try to attach some photos from that folder to FB Marketplace they are not showing up in the camera upload selection. I don't understand this because if I open the Dropbox app on the PC, the photos are there. Lately the syncing from the phone to the PC has been sporadic. I either have to go into Dropbox on my phone and click on Photos on the bottom to back them up or I have to start the syncing process on the PC (which is a pain). Any help would be appreciated.
Seeing as the issue is with the Facebook site, we're not really able to assist further, since the files are visible in the Dropbox folder normally.
I'd recommend contacting them for further assistance on this matter.

Hi NMDenise, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Could you clarify how you're attaching images from the camera uploads folder onto Facebook Marketplace?
Have you tried rebooting the device entirely to see if this helps?
This will help me to assist further!

When I am on the PC and in FB Marketplace and click on Add Photos, I go to Dropbox and Camera Uploads and quite a few photos that I took with my iphone 13 ProMax are not all showing up. They show up in the Dropbox Camera Uploads on my phone though. This just started happening and I can not figure out why?

Hey NMDenise, sorry to jump in here, but could you let us know if the Dropbox desktop app is running on your computer normally?
If so, can you have a look at your menu bar/system tray and let us know if it's up to date or still syncing perhaps?

It says it is up to date. The pictures are all there in the camera uploads in Dropbox on the computer. But when I try to attach them to FB Marketplace (on the computer) they do not show up. I did notice the pictures I need are now opening on the computer in Snip & Sketch on Edge Browser. I believe Edge did an update in the last week or so as my photos have never said that before.

Yes to both of your questions.

Hey NMDenise, so if you login to Facebook through Edge or any other browser and follow the same process to attach your Camera Uploads photos to Marketplace, do they show up?

Correct. If I go into Dropbox by itself they are they. But when I go into FB Marketplace and try to attach photos to a listing, they do not show up in that same folder (camera uploads).

Could you attach a screenshot showing what you see when trying to attach images?

Not sure exactly what you want a screenshot of. This shows where I click in Marketplace to attach photos and I go into Dropbox/camera uploads. But the pictures I wanted are not in there. But when I open Dropbox from my Desktop they are in there.

Thanks for the screenshot, Denise.
Could it be that this window has a filter that shows only specific file types? For example, only .jpg or only .png files?
Can you click on the drop down arrow next to the "file name" box, to make sure that all files are shown?
