"Public links have been temporarily suspended for generating excessive traffic." Please help!

I outsource my work and make my content available to a number of individuals that need access to it. I am currently unable to share my links anymore do to: "Public links have been temporarily suspended for generating excessive traffic."

I have purchased the top DB plan and STILL no one can access my links! Did I just waste money on this subscription plan? I have included the messages I have received below. This concerns my livelihood so any help would be very much appreciated.

You sent me an email marking it as resolved. The problem still exists. It is not resolved.

Hi LB15, as mentioned there, it seems that you already have an escalated ticket, that you're working there with another agent.

I closed our ticket, since it might be confusing to have multiple active tickets, but your original one is still being worked on.

    I hope this helps!

I have just had this come up for the very first time. I share important files regularly and don't want to get blocked just when I need it most. How do we track our Public links to avoid "excessive traffic"? If I can see the numbers I might be better able to avoid this sorry situation.

Hey Rouben Freeman. Your bandwidth limits depend on your current plan. You can see more info about this here.

Thanks Nancy, what I mean is how can I see a live count of how much I have and when the count will reset. That would let me better prioritise what I share.

I’m afraid that, at the moment, it’s not possible to see this info on your account. I can most definitely share your feedback though with our team and forward your comments to them.
