Scan Document to JPEG

Anyone know how to save a scan document as a jpeg? The only option I am getting is file type PDF or PNG.....   Needing scan document saved as a jpeg and not an HEIC...

Hi Megan,

 

I'm new to Dropbox.

Was there an option prior to what is now just pdf/png?

 

I have colleagues here who have option to save to jpeg which is preferred as we import data to adobe acrobat.

 

Trying to streamline our process ...

      Hi Everybody,

       

      Thanks for your input here. As we noted above, saving scans as a jpg is not officially supported. I have flagged the issue of some Android users seeing this option to the appropriate team.
