shared file access notification

How do you view the access record of people who's icons are not showing up? I have 11 other people that have shared access to my folder, but I can't access their grey icon to see if they have viewed ...

      Thanks for the info, you'll be able to see viewer info using these steps, depending on which plan you're currently on.
