Shared folder appears empty
I was shared a file and I can’t see anything inside. I know there are videos in there and I can get into the folder but it just appears empty.

The folder is not empty on the persons side who shared the folder. Just on the shared end

3 years agoAre you certain that you're both looking at the same shared folder on the site, and that the folder isn't in fact a private folder on their end?
