Shared folders missing only in File Explorer on Windows, why?

I am struggling to see shared files on my PC at work.  They show up on dropbox.com, my phone and mac at home.  I have double checked the file names to be sure there are no "disallowed" characters.  I...

If there's nothing personal or confidential, can you share some of the complete file names? Sync issues like this are almost always caused by naming issues, especially when between a Mac and PC.
