Shared link throws "That didn't work for some reason" error.
Link is not working.
[removed shared link to prevent excess traffic]
Can someone help?

I contacted someone else from the company and apparently it was an old link.
Thank you anyway!

Hi Hannah,
I tried it in different browsers on different networks.
On multiple devices, i always get the same error.
Thank you!

2 years agoI see, thanks for checking, RobbeJ.
Since it's not a browser issue and the owner of the file mentioned that the URL is correct and the file has not been deleted from its location, can you check again with them, to make sure that their sharing works okay?
Sometimes shared links might get banned, if the owner's account exceeds their bandwidth limits, or if they get a lot of traffic on the links.
Here's some more info about that.
Let me know if they confirm that their links are working fine.
