Shared links aren't opening

Some days its working fine and we can share the same resources other days its totally hopeless.
The master account have a shared folder shared by link it contains many files but some days no browser cant open the files its simply times out or get stuck.
We have tried several web browsers and some days ok and other not at all is there a fix ?

    What is the error?

Timing out is almost certainly a browser or internet issue at your side. If it was a Dropbox issue the number of posts here would be horrific

Hi jaktsjef, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

What error are you getting when trying to view the shared links?

Any other info or screenshots would be helpful!

Could you try switching browsers to see if this helps?

Otherwise, you can try using incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, clearing your cache and even resetting your browser entirely.

Do you have any proxy, VPN, firewall, security software, or even ISP/router settings that could be restricting traffic to the following Dropbox domains?
