Smart Sync - missing context menu *i sorted it out*

In the Dropbox app (Finder), right-clicking on folder to take 'online-only' should display the 'Smart Sync' option ... it does not.   What I have: MacOS 10.14.6 / Dropbox Plus What I have tried...
