Some folders have a red X icon on them, why?

Hi,

First of all, I have read forums and searched in google.
I didn't see any usable solution.

4 of my folders have X and red in the corner. But inside of these folders I don't see any file or folder marked with X.

If you suggest some file may have some issue with characters, Please teach me how to find them.
I checked in here and it is empty.

Hi Erkan G., thanks for messaging the Community!

This article can help with possible characters that might affect folders from syncing with the Dropbox desktop application.

Could you provide a screenshot showing the folder names in the Dropbox folder?

This will help me to assist further!

    here they are,
    _PM_XXX
    _PM_YYY
    _PM_CCC

They have same format with others but half of them are broken.
And rest are keep syncing since days.
I enter the folders which are keep syncing, all files or folders under it are green.
    That is quite weird

Thanks, for security purposes, we're not able to view that link.

Could you copy and paste the images into your next reply so we can view them here?

If you rename them slightly, do they begin to sync on your account?
