Question or Issue
Hi 32 files in my Dropbox folder refuse to sync. When I click See Issues it pops up a Sync Issues window that keeps flashing, reloading the list of sync issues every second or so. I was able to click the open permissions button next to the files before the screen refreshed to grant permissions but nothing ever happens. I have attached screenshots. I have already granted full disk access and accessibility permission to dropbox. I also deleted the dropbox and dropboxelectron folders from ~/Library/Application Support followed by an uninstall and reinstall. Any ideas what's going on? Also I have Malwarebytes Premium on this computer. Thanks.

Hi ltoribara, thanks for the details. At this point it might be better for the support team to look into this in more detail.
You can contact them directly via this link, and they'll be able to investigate further. - ltoribara1 month agoExplorer | Level 3
Hi Walter, I tried quitting Dropbox, reopening it, then logging out and back in. It took a half hour or so to sync but never quiet finished. So I quit and reopened again and it took forever to sync again but never finished. Now it says 331 files remaining to sync but never finishes and it has the same “couldn’t sync files” message on top. I took a screenshot. Do we need to escalate this? Is this possibly a server issue? Thanks.

Hey ltoribara - sorry to hear about this.
Can you temporarily disable your antivirus program and let us know if there's any progress?
If not, you can try logging out of your account through the app's preferences and then back in, after rebooting your computer and/or quitting and relaunching the Dropbox desktop app as well.
Keep me posted with any updates!
