Unable to save files from my Mac to Dropbox
Hello, I an unable to save files from my Mac to Dropbox which I have downloaded onto my computer. When I select a file or attempt to create a new one, it just greys out on me and I have to press escape to unfreeze the computer. Can someone please help?

Can you give us some clarifications as to how you're saving files to Dropbox?
Are you doing it from the website or the desktop app (Dropbox folder)?
Any additional details would be helpful.

So, this happens basically when you open the Dropbox folder and try to drop a file in it?
Can you close the Dropbox app and then relaunch it from your applications folder, to see if that helps?

Strange. A little. I can save the file into Dropbox, into an existing folder but it I attempt to create a new folder, it greys out and doesn't work.

Hmm, if you just close the app completely, and try to create a folder in the Dropbox folder, do you still see the same thing?
