Unable to scan documents due to error
I’m having trouble scanning documents and opening them. It is giving me a message saying that they can’t open.

The message says “ No Preview Available” that I need to open it on my computer but when I do that it says the same thing. Also, it is after I have downloaded the document that if I go into opening it it then gives me message above.

3 years agoCan you let me know what’s the file extension of the file you’re previewing? Also, how are you downloading it to your computer afterwards?
Is this happening with any file you're scanning?
Please make sure to send me a screenshot of the error as well, to have a visual. You can click on the small camera icon above your message box to attach it in this thread.
