Unable to upload folders if they have subfolders in them without returning error msg

I am trying to upload folders which have many layers of subfolders in them.   When I try to click on the top level folder with its accompanying subfolders, I get an error message that such and su...

In regards to your error when you use the website to upload content, could you send me a screenshot in order for me to have a clear visual of it? 

 

Also, -provided that you use the app on your desktop machine-, do you get the same error message there?
