I have multiple folders and subfolders - can I unshare them all quickly?
Hi - I can't seem to unshare a folder. The option to Unshare isn't there when I click on Settings. It should be in the bottom left of the window. I may have given access to a nested folder back in the day. And I may have created a link to a file/folder. But I have hundreds of folders so I can't go through them all individually to check. I just want to ensure nobody has access to any folders/subfolders. How can I do this quickly?
I figured it out. Took a while. Turns out I had shared subfolders. I had to move each subfolder out to the root domain, at which point I was able to unshare them, then I moved them back. I did this for every subfolder then I was able to unshare the parent folder. Took a long time!

I'm afraid you cannot.
There is no way to check who is in shares without going to each share individually.
In terms of the unshare error can you post a screenshot of what you see?

Hey spiels, thanks for reaching out to us.
I'll have to agree with Mark that there's no quick way to unshare folders at once.
As for the option to unshare a folder, it will only appear on a folder that has actually been shared, meaning the one that you've actually clicked the share button on and shared it.
If you have a parent folder but have shared some subfolders in it, only the subfolders will have the "unshare" option.
I hope that makes sense, but let me know if you still have trouble!
