Unable to upload .mov videos
Trying to upload big mov files to Dropbox Professional account but error messages tells me that these files are not taken by Dropbox and cannot be transfered...anybody knows what to do?

I figured it out. I did not notice that some of the files were not local but in the icloud... I had to down load them first to drag them or upload them to dropbox. Might work for you.

I am having the exact same problem with an Mp4 file of about 650mb, I have plenty of storage space. I uploaded similar files a few months ago, though they were about 200mb.

6 years agoIf you're referring to 1.25mbps for the upload speed, then it should approximate to 156.25 KB/s.
Assuming there isn't an increase or decrease in speed, then for a 650 MB file, it should take 69.33 minutes to upload.

Hi,
Since March we have had issues with uploading files.
.mov, .zip, etc...
Error upload, just at the end.
so after 1-6 hours, uploading 13-50 GB, error.
after 3-4 tries, it usually works.
Using Mac OS High Sierra and Mojave (file System is APS).
Same issues when using external HFS+ drives.
Error while using Firefox and Chrome, and the DropBox desktop.
