What happens to content that isn’t uploaded?

Hey, I recorded a video on Dropbox, but my phone died before I could “upload” the video. Where can I find the video? Could it be archived?

    It wont be on Dropbox, or, recoverable via Dropbox as its not been uploaded. 

     

    However, it should still be on the device if you can recover it.
