When I use the Files app on iOS, the files are converted to an unknown file.
Good morning. When I upload a folder from the file app (iOS) to dropbox, it converts it to an unknown format that cannot be opened (regardless of the contents of the folder). Can you help me? Thank y...

Can you send me a screenshot of how your folders show after youâve uploaded them to Dropbox via your Files app?
Does the same thing happen if you upload a folder directly via the Dropbox mobile app?

Do you think you can attach your screenshot here, by clicking the camera-like icon, when you try to respond back to me?
Have you tried to create a folder in the Dropbox app, by clicking on the + icon, then create folder, and upload your content in there?
