3 years agoCan you please clarify what’s the app version of your Dropbox app?
Also, did you start having this issue after an update or did it occur randomly?
- Sasamen813 years agoExplorer | Level 3The dropbox app version is 318.2.2; the iOS version is 16.3.1 (same problem with iPad). Same problem I have been experiencing this problem for several months
- Sasamen813 years agoExplorer | Level 3I get this error when I try to upload a folder from iPhone/iPad. it's not the preview. The folder won't open and won't show me its contents. If I create a folder directly from dropbox I have no problems
