Is the Dropbox application running on your laptop? If not, it won't be able to sync your files. Make sure you can see the Dropbox icon in the system tray (near the time in the bottom-right corner). If you see the icon, you can hover over it to check its status.

Aha! Thank you, Rich! I didn't have Dropbox on my task bar. I just put it on my task bar and then checked it on my phone. Updated document is reflected now. Thanks for your help!
