Why do I need to approve shares and transfers for other users to access the information?
I am an attorney who uses Dropbox to share information I am required to share by the Courts.
Unlike previous iterations of Dropbox, I am now unable to share/transfer a file or folder without remaining at my computer to approve the share/transfer when my Client or Opposing Counsel/Opposing Party attempts to access the information. This is an unworkable issue for me.
My idea is this: Please allow users to share documents/files/folders, or transfer same, without providing an ADDITIONAL approval. Even if you must add a mandatory password feature.
If this issue is not changed, I will have to discontinue my use of Dropbox and switch to another file sharing program. My entire purpose of using Dropbox is defeated by this feature.

Hi Erin Mullen - Mullen Law LLC, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Could you clarify exactly how you're sharing information to other users, step-by-step, in order to determine what feature you're using on the Dropbox site?
This will help me to assist further!
