Why is my sharing activity interrupted on my account?
Haven't used Dropbox for ages, needing to send a video to an 80yr old friend (taken on my phone today, to show them how to do an easy balance exercise with "wobble foam" aka balance pad. I am getting the Dropbox message of "we have interrupted your sharing". Dropbox won't let me share it to him or get a link to send to him.
I have no idea why, I have 2 GB available storage, no problems I can work out.
Can't see/understand any issue or how to fix it.
Message says I can ask Dropbox to Review the decision if I consider it's wrong. I am 99.9% sure it's wrong but can't work out how to get any help. Can anyone here please help.
Thank you very much
Cheers

Hey ST2025!
Keep in mind that I reached out to your Community-linked email address. You can see more about this here.
Have you checked your spam/junk folder, to see if you can find my email there?

Hi Megan, I haven't received an email message from you at all. Weird, please try again. It is the correct email address. However, my well known ISP can be very odd nowdays. Thank you

Hi Megan, thank you very much. I am well below bandwidth I think, been approx 18 mths since I used Dropbox. My storage says I have approx 1/2 used in terms of storage.
So appreciative of you looking into it please. Cheers. - Megan5 months ago

Hey there, ST2025, I hope you're doing well!
It seems like your sharing capability has been interrupted. You can see more about what could have caused this in the relevant Help Center article that I hyperlinked.
No need to worry, I just reached out via email in order to be able to check some account-specific info.
Reply back to me, and we'll investigate further. Thanks a bunch!
