You've hit the limit of invites you can send per day. Try again in 24 hours

I attempted to send one share today and got this message.  I am on a basic account, what is the issue and how is it resolved?

It seems like your shared links might have been banned somehow.

    Why would I be banned.  I haven't tried to share anything for 6 to 9 months.  I just tried today and got that message.  My previous sharing were word and PPT documents related Wisconsin DNR permits and waste water facilities plans with our engineers.

     

    Who do I contact to get this resolved?

      While I can't be sure about this, I just created a ticket on your behalf so that we can investigate further, Andrew.

        Walter,

         

        When you say inbox are you referring to my email inbox or is a there dropbox inbox I am to check.  I have not recieved any email
