I attempted to send one share today and got this message. I am on a basic account, what is the issue and how is it resolved?

Is there a more convenient approach to avoid sharing restrictions while sending to several clients?

3 years agoIn general, it’s the shared links and file requests that take up from your daily bandwidth. If you choose to share files via a shared folder instead, you shouldn’t have this type of issue.

I've just started getting this same error. I've waited a week to be able to share a folder and still getting the same error
