32 GB of referral space is missing from my account after a Dropbox Business trial
Hello, I enabled Dropbox Business a year ago in test mode and didn't know how to properly revert back to Dropbox Basic. After a few months, Dropbox deleted not only my files but also 32 GB of my cloud space that I got for inviting new users. Can you please help me to recover those 32 GB of cloud space? Thank you. (There is no need to restore files, only 32 GB of cloud space needs to be restored.)

Hi. Yes, I registered dropbox again with the same email, hoping the referral space would stay the same.

Hey Synergy Design, let me hop in here, too.
As Mark mentioned above, if the Dropbox account has been deleted, there’s no way to restore it or the referral space that had been previously received.
Can you clarify for me if the Dropbox account in question was linked to the email address that’s connected to this Community profile? If it was, and you're seeing a new account now in its place, then I'm afraid there's not much to be done.

Is there any way to contact the support team to restore the cloud space I received through the referral program? I can't find where to write.

Yes, the entire account was deleted by dropbox command. The email from dropbox said that the workgroup administrator account would be deleted, which misled me. since the test use of dropbox business was over, I thought that the workgroup name itself would be deleted and everything would go back to the way it was, i.e. dropbox basic.

I assume the issue was that the account was deleted and as such your files were deleted?
If so I'm afraid as the email says this is permanent and it is not possible to recover the quota back.
Also, note, that its only 16gb of space lost (its 32 x 500mb when a free user, this doubles while paying to 1gb per referral).
