The new version of DaisyDisk can show what files are taking up your Dropbox space quota by accessing it via the Dropbox network API, i.e. without necessarily syncing the cloud with your local computer, and it will also include the files that you explicitly exclude from syncing.
You can simply connect Dropbox account as a virtual disk to DaisyDisk and scan it as a regular local disk, build the visual map etc. For more detail see
