Data can no longer be synced to due to being overquota
I am Japanese
I'm using translation, so I'm sorry if there are incorrect expressions.
I would be happy if you could forgive me.
Please help me as I am in great trouble
Exceeded data capacity
Please free up space
Although it is stated that
Almost no data are currently available.
The administrator is separate and entrusts the organization etc. to that person.
As a result, data cannot be exchanged as an adverse effect,
I have corrupted my data.
I am very in trouble.
I'm using the data in my team, but other people are using it normally.
What is the appropriate way to deal with it?
Although there was similar support content,
I can't bother you any more because of the nature of my work.
I asked a question because I could not decide whether it was okay to do it as written.
thank you.
postscript
I am using window 11.
Not used because it could not be linked with the smartphone version
Could you attach a screenshot showing the error you're getting when clicking Manage Backups?
What happens if you delete the backup from this page?

Hi ruka, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
It sounds like your account is overquota, which is preventing you from syncing.
Could you check to see if you have Dropbox Backup enabled on your account?
This will help me to assist further!

Thank you very much for your kind response.
How to check the function called dropbox backup
I didn't really understand.
What I can think of now is that it may be the cause that I could not download it to my computer. - Jay3 years ago

You can check if it's enabled, and then disable it, using these steps.

Thank you for your kind attention.
Notated
From this page you can go to management,
I opened it
Before I knew it (unintentionally), I found out that I had registered something from my smartphone device.
When I deleted this backup, there was free space and everything was resolved.
Jay, I wish you all the best in your future endeavors.Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.
