Didn't get extra space for a referral, even though they installed the App and replied to the email
I referred a friend, and she installed the application on her new computer and responded to the email verification. However, my "Refer a Friend screen" shows a status of "Waiting for email verification" and I have not gotten my 500M bonus space yet. Any suggestions? There doesn't appear to be a way to contact Dropbox support.

Could you ask your friend to verify her email address through a different browser and let me know how it goes?
