Dropbox says full but is empty and does not synchronize
My dropbox is empty and won't sync. I have already reinstalled the app and cleared the cache. I work on an iMac with 8 gb of memory and my dropbox has 18 gb of memory. Does anyone know of a solution so I can use Dropbox again?

Hi oppewal, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Could you check the plan page to see if the space is being taken up by shared folders or a backup?
This will help me to assist further!
